In close collaboration with a hosting agency, Service-Expo will find you a host or hostess who best suits the requirements for your stand at all trade shows in which you are involved in France. This staff, recruited in line with your specific requirements, will welcome and guide your visitors, check the list of invites, register and issue badges, guide visitors to the correct location, and hand microphones to anyone who needs to speak. They can also hand out small gifts from you, or issue documentation. They can also keep a cloakroom. Our hosts and hostesses are not simply flowerpots. Before coming to your event, they will ensure that they are fully aware of the event in which you are involved. They will also have been briefed about your company, products, and services. Our team will undertake targeted recruitment in line with the requirements outlined in advance. Our hosts and hostesses are fluent in English and will, at your request, also be able to speak a large number of foreign languages, such as Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Arabic.
