Lease cooking material for your event

Cooking material which complies with security standards for your trade show
Now in an area welcoming the public, you can cook thanks to the cooking material we lease at Service-Expo. This material has been approved by the various security commissions governing trade shows across France. Our range of cooking material includes public and professional material, which will allow you to cook all types of dishes, as you would in a major restaurant or collective dining area such as a school canteen. Amongst the public material there are 20 litre microwaves, mini-ovens with two integrated electric hot-plates, single electric hot-plates or double hot-plates with a total power of 1000 Watts and, finally, mini electrical ovens with a total capacity of 15 litres. Amongst the professional cooking material available for lease are the following: Twin electrical hot-plates 600 x 350 x 280, real kitchen furniture, pastry or gourmet ovens. Salamanders: a cooking device comprising a heated top which can be used to brown, or quickly reheat dishes or for more elaborate dishes. Meat grills, hot-plates for hamburgers, dual plate pancake makers, hot doggers with a total capacity of 40 sausages, twin container chip fryers, pizza ovens. You can also use our bain-marie containers with a capacity of 560 cm x 360cl x 260 cm and present all of your dishes in our heated display window with integrated lighting. The only precaution to take with this cooking material is to ensure that you have sufficient electrical power available nearby.
